Good to know

At what age should my child see an orthodontist?

A first check is worthwhile as early as kindergarten or the start of school, especially with a crossbite, a pronounced overbite or persistent thumb sucking. Often a lot can be done for jaw development with very little effort.

Are there braces that can't be seen?

Yes. With clear aligners (Angel Aligner) or WIN® lingual braces, where the brackets sit on the inside of the teeth, teeth straightening is almost invisible.

Is teeth straightening possible for adults too?

Teeth can be moved at any age. For adults we rely on particularly discreet methods and work together with your dentist where needed.
